Presented by www.swflnonprofit.net, to benefit the Animal Refuge Center, Inc.
and the Calusa Nature Center and Planetarium

About the organizations:

The Animal Refuge Center is a 501(c) 3 for impact animal welfare society. We are a non-euthanasia organization dedicated to caring for all orphaned animals brought into our care. ARC's on-going mission is the education of residents about the importance of spaying and neutering their animal companions, with the ultimate result being the elimination of euthanasia. ARC is dedicated to the prevention of cruelty to animals and to the prevention of euthanasia for abandoned dogs, cats and other small pet animals. Its philosophy avows that once an animal is accepted for adoption, it will NOT be destroyed to make room for another.

The Calusa Nature Center & Planetarium is a private, not-for-profit environmental education center which offers fun for people of all ages. The Center consists of a living natural history museum with over 100 live animals, an Audubon Aviary which houses permanently injured birds of prey (hawks, owls, vultures, bald eagles, and more!), nature trails, a picnic area, a gift shop with an excellent assortment of nature books and a planetarium which features astronomy programs and laser light shows.
