CLK Festivities

Cecilia Luyao is pleased to be President and Webmaster of www.swflnonprofit.net.

CLK Festivities was founded in 2001, but Cecilia's love for community involvement really took root in 1989 as a cast member of Up With People. In that year, she traveled the globe learning about different cultures and along with the rest of her cast, she thrived on making a contribution to every city and town they visited.

Since then, she's dedicated over a decade of her community involvement efforts right here, to Southwest Florida. She has served on several community event committees since 1995, including Jazz On The Green, Relay For Life and the Woofie Walk. Through CLK Festivities, she created an annual softball event for the Harry Chapin Food Bank as well as the "Charities and Maladies" Continuing Education Weekend to help further promote local charities.

Cecilia relocated to Key West, Florida, in 2005, but is still delighted to call Fort Myers "home", and together with her 6-year-old Australian Shepherd mix, Coda; she enjoys returning to Fort Myers to help the community celebrate special occasions for worthwhile causes.

Cecilia holds a B.S. in Pharmacy from Auburn University with specialty training in Nuclear Pharmacy. She has been with Walgreens since 1987 and MedTech Diagnostic Services since 1996.

Recipient of the P.O.L.O. Club's 2000 Amanda Clute Volunteer of the Year Award, Cecilia is a bundle of energy and very knowledgeable in local venues, enjoys relationships with numerous other local business leaders and has extensive local media contacts.
